Terms of Service

Welcome to GoodDrama. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoodDrama mobile application for iOS and the website at gooddrama.org (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use GoodDrama. Some content is intended for mature audiences and is labelled accordingly. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at kamhungli163@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions, coins, and renewals

Coins: Coins are a virtual currency used to unlock premium episodes. Coins have no cash value, are non-refundable, and cannot be transferred, resold, or redeemed outside the Service.

Subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed in advance through your Apple ID / App Store account and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device settings (Settings → [Your Name/Apple ID] → Subscriptions). Access to premium content will continue until the end of your current active billing period.

Refunds: All In-App Purchases and subscriptions are processed and managed directly by Apple. Refunds are subject to Apple's App Store refund policy and must be requested through Apple Support (reportaproblem.apple.com).

4. Content and license

All series, episodes, artwork, scripts, and other materials available on GoodDrama are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content for non-commercial personal use only.

You may not download (except using official in-app offline features, if available), copy, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Circumvent any content protection, digital rights management (DRM), rate limit, or access control;
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service without our prior written consent;
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service;
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content;
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity;
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our team.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services, most notably Apple's App Store for payment processing and authentication (e.g., Sign in with Apple). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or for other reasons described in this document. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app and deleting your account.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodDrama and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid by you to GoodDrama via the App Store in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) USD $50.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app and become effective at least seven days after they are posted. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoodDrama is established, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
