This Privacy Policy describes how GoodDrama ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the GoodDrama mobile application for iOS and the website at gooddrama.org (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Account information: If you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication identifiers from sign-in providers such as Sign in with Apple or Google.
• Purchase information: When you buy coins or subscribe, the Apple App Store processes the transaction. We receive a transaction identifier and entitlement receipt, but we do not store or access your credit card or full payment details.
• Communications: If you contact us by email, we keep the message and any attachments so we can respond and follow up.

Information collected automatically

• Device information: Device model, iOS/iPadOS version, language, time zone, mobile carrier, and the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) where permitted under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
• Usage information: Episodes watched, watch duration, search queries, taps, and crash diagnostics (such as via Apple Crash logs or analytics partners). We use this to improve recommendations and reliability.
• Approximate location: Derived from IP address, used for content licensing, language defaults, and fraud prevention. We do not collect precise GPS location data.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including personalized recommendations.
• Process purchases, restore entitlements via the App Store, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Send transactional notifications (purchase receipts, account alerts) and, with your consent, promotional push notifications about new releases.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with:

• Service providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, and content delivery vendors who process data on our behalf under written contracts.
• Payment platforms: Apple App Store, which manages purchases and subscriptions and operates under Apple's privacy policy.
• Legal and safety: Authorities or third parties when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the safety of users.
• Business transfers: A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy.

Your choices

• Account: You can update or delete your account at any time directly from the in-app Settings → Account.
• Notifications: Manage push notifications at any time from your iOS device Settings → Notifications → GoodDrama.
• App Tracking Transparency (IDFA): You can opt-out or manage tracking permissions at any time via your iOS device Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Access and deletion: Email us at kamhungli163@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.

Children

GoodDrama is intended for users aged 17 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

Data retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We use industry-standard encryption in transit, access controls, and regular audits to protect data, but no system is perfectly secure.

International transfers

We operate globally. Your information may be stored or processed in countries other than your own. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect transferred data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app and on our website at least seven days before they take effect.
